Celebrating Our Progress and Achievements

BBC Songs of Praise

We at Sheffield Memory Hub are collaborating with BBC TV on their 'Songs of Praise' Dementia feature programme.

Filmed at one of our 'Activity & Support' sessions our members will be highlighting how their faith and spirituality are a great support for them on their dementia journey.

Members will also demonstrate the value of culturally responsive dementia care & support.

Carl Case (Memory Hub Project Coordinator) will be presenting in Poland 26th April.

Many care providers have few resources and tools enabling successful meaningful cultural engagements.

He will share two of his recent freely available online creations, both accessible from one's favourite chair at home or in care settings.
